What makes this ice unique?

The ice is created using a process designed to limit impurities in the water producing a crystal clear block of ice which is then sculpted to fit the needs of the client. The lack of impurities reduces dilution (melts slower) and contamination of your drinks compared to standard ice.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Accepted Answer

E-transfer (send to ice2order@gmail.com) no surcharge and credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) with a 3.5% surcharge added to the invoice total.

What should I bring for pickups?

Accepted Answer

For craft ice it is advised to bring a cooler that can fit your order inside so that the ice does not melt in transit. If a cooler is not possible, we highly recommend to bring blankets to cover the order and keep your ice cool and protected from warm temperatures and direct sunlight.

Does the ice melt slower than regular ice?

Accepted Answer

Our ice is much denser and free of impurities compared to regular ice as a result of our freezing process, this means that our ice products will melt much slower than regular ice.
